Entering a Customer Service Request
If you are experiencing a technical problem with your computer, device or printer, please alert us by submitting a Customer Service Request (CSR). Go to our CSR Ticket Login Page and enter your WISD network username and password in the appropriate fields. After you login you can create a ticket describing the problem.
If you are not a Washtenaw ISD employee, and have never before entered a CSR, then you will need to call us to have an account created for you. Contact us at 1-734-994-8100 x1286 and provide the following: Your full name and your email address. We will create the account and assign your username and password. Then you'll be able to log into the system and submit service requests to WISD Technology.
Calling the Help Desk
If your problem is a true emergency then call us at 1-734-994-8100 x 1286 (or just 1286 if you are on the Washtenaw ISD phone system). The phones are manned M-F; 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Requesting Updates to the WISD Website
As of July 1, 2014, with the launch of the new Washtenaw ISD website and content management system (CMS), all individual departments are responsible for managing their own content on the website. Please do not submit a ticket to Technology to upload content to our website. Instead, contact your department's designated website editor for further instructions. If what you want to change is beyond the website editor's permission set or abilities, they will contact the Technology department for help.
