Office 365

Office 365 is a hosted, online version of the Microsoft Office suite. This subscription-based service includes Office 2016, Outlook, Outlook Online, Microsoft Office Online Apps, OneDrive cloud-based file space, and Office 365 Groups/Shared cloud-based file space for WISD Groups.

The benefit of Office 365 cloud-based computing is that it allows our end-users the advantage of accessing Office 365 applications, on any device, from anywhere, with only an Internet connection required.

This site is dedicated to all things Office 365, especially training.  Using the menu to the left, select the major topic you want to explore.  This selection will take you to a page that will include more granulated information and training materials.  Here's an overview of the menu highlights:

How to reach WISD Technology:  From any WISD phone dial extension 1286.  From any outside phone dial 734-994-8100 x 1286.  From any browser navigate to the Technology Help Desk page, login with your WISD credentials and fill out the form.  We will contact you shortly.

 


Contacting Technology for Support

Entering a Customer Service Request

If you are experiencing a technical problem with your technology please navigate to the CSR Ticket Login Page and enter your WISD network username and password in the appropriate fields. After you login, create a ticket describing the problem.  The tickets generated by the system send alerts to everyone in Technology, so we will see your ticket and respond.

Calling the Help Desk

If your problem is an emergency, call us at x1286 (734-994-8100 x 1286). The phones are manned M-F; 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Customers who are not employees of WISD should call the Help Desk at the number above, to request support.  If we can help you, we will.
