Get started with Office Online Microsoft Office Online programs are a part of most Office 365 plans. Office Online makes it easier for you to work in the cloud because Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and PDF documents now work in your web browser.

Use Office Online to work together in Office 365 When Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote documents are stored in your Office 365 libraries, you can work together on them using Office Online, which opens the documents in a web browser.

Anywhere-access to Office documents in Office 365 Documents stored in your Office 365 libraries are available on a wide variety of devices, including tablets, phones, and computers where Office is not installed.

Basic Tasks in Excel Online With Excel Online you use your web browser to create, view, and edit workbooks you store on OneDrive or Dropbox.

Basic Tasks in OneNote Online With OneNote Online, you can use your web browser to create, open, view, edit, format, and share the OneNote notebooks that you store on OneDrive.

Basic Tasks in PowerPoint Online With PowerPoint Online you create presentations right in your internet browser. They live in your OneDrive or Dropbox space, and you can edit and share them online without any other software or installations.

Basic Tasks in Word Online.  With Word Online you use your web browser to create, view, and edit the personal documents that you store on OneDrive or Dropbox.

Entering a Customer Service Request

If you are experiencing a technical problem please navigate to the CSR Ticket Login Page and enter your WISD network username and password in the appropriate fields. After you login, create a ticket describing the problem.  The tickets generated by the system send alerts to everyone in Technology, so we will see your ticket and respond.

Calling the Help Desk

If your problem is an emergency, call us at x1286 (734-994-8100 x 1286). The phones are manned M-F; 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Customers requesting support, who are not employees of WISD, should still call the Help Desk number.  If we can help you, we will.
