What's new in Office 365 (Office 2016)? The first thing you’ll see when you open Microsoft Office is a clean, new look. But the features you know and use are still there—along with some new ones that are huge time savers.
Office Quick Start Guides: If you’re new to Office, you can download any of Microsoft’s free Quick Start Guides. These printable guides contain useful tips, shortcuts, and screenshots to help you find your way around.
Office Training Center: Your training portal to all the Office 2016 Applications, including Access, Publisher, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and more. Once on the portal page, click the appropriate icon for training videos and guides.

Entering a Customer Service Request
If you are experiencing a technical problem please navigate to the CSR Ticket Login Page and enter your WISD network username and password in the appropriate fields. After you login, create a ticket describing the problem. The tickets generated by the system send alerts to everyone in Technology, so we will see your ticket and respond.
Calling the Help Desk
If your problem is an emergency, call us at x1286 (734-994-8100 x 1286). The phones are manned M-F; 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Customers requesting support, who are not employees of WISD, should still call the Help Desk number. If we can help you, we will.
