The parent or guardian of the student must initiate and remain on the phone call.
The helpdesk will be active Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm with voicemail availability during busy times and off hours.
When leaving a voicemail, we would ask that you provide the following information:
- Your name.
- The student’s name.
- WISD Asset Tag Number - typically located on the bottom of your student’s device, see example:
- A phone number and a time that you can be reached.
