Student Device: Lost, Stolen, Broken 

Lost or Stolen Devices

  1. Parents, Guardians, or Instructional Staff should file a report with local police.
  2. Staff should alert their Supervisor.
  3. Staff: Submit a CSR with the Technology Department.
    • Provide the student initials and assigned program/classroom.
    • Provide a copy of the police report and/or the case number.
    • Provide as much information about the device as you are able.
  4. If a student needs a new device, please follow instructions under: STUDENT DEVICES:

Broken Devices

  1. Staff: Submit a CSR with the Technology Department.
    • Provide as much information about the device's condition as you are able.
    • Provide the student initials and assigned program/classroom.
    • Provide the serial number, if you can locate.
    • Provide the asset tag number or 10-digit barcode number, if you can locate.
