Staff Device Return Instructions

Return

  1. Submit a CSR to the Technology Department with your request to return a device.
  2. Tech staff will determine if the equipment needs to be returned.
    • Tech staff will alert you to schedule a drop-off appointment.
    • Tech staff will let you know whether you will need to enter the building at the time of drop-off or simply drive up.
    • Follow the instructions below depending on the type of pick up appointment you need.

Building Access Needed

  1. You must first receive approval from Tech staff to schedule a drop off appointment.
  2. Schedule your Staff Equipment Drop Off – Building Access Needed appointment.
  3. Coordinate with your Supervisor and submit your WISD Self-Screening Tool to be approved for your onsite visit.
  4. Please remember to follow WISD protocol when entering the TLC building. Wear a mask/scarf and gloves. Practice social distancing, even when wearing these items.

No Building Access Needed

  1. You must first receive approval from Tech staff to schedule a drop off appointment.
  2. Schedule your Staff Equip Drop Off - Drive up appointment
  3. Please remember to follow WISD protocol when visiting the TLC campus. Wear a mask and gloves. Practice social distancing, even when wearing these items.

On the Day of Drop Off - Map Included

  1. Prepare a sheet of paper with your name and program/department.
  2. ARRIVE at the TLC Building, 1819 S. Wagner Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48103, WITHIN your 15-minute appointment window, driver’s side window facing the building.
  3. STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE
  4. Open your trunk (if you must open manually, please do so and then return to your vehicle)
  5. Hold up the sheet of paper to your window so a Tech Dept. staff person may collect the information.
  6. A Tech Dept. staff person will retrieve the equipment and load it into your trunk.
  7. Once the Tech staff person has walked away, you may exit your vehicle to close the trunk.
  8. You may exit the drive.

NOTE:

  - As a precaution, all staff members will be wearing masks and all devices sanitized to ensure that equipment is distributed safely.
