Staff Device or Software

Request

  1. Requests for staff equipment or software must first be approved by your Supervisor.
  2. If your Supervisor approves your request, your Supervisor or Program/Department Secretary can then submit the request to Technology
  3. Tech staff will review your request and determine if the item is in stock or must be purchased.
  4. You will receive confirmation when the device or software is ready for pick up/installation, along with a link to schedule a pick-up appointment.
    • DO NOT schedule a pick-up appointment until you receive confirmation that the requested device or software is ready.
    • Tech staff will let you know if you need to enter the building at the time of pick up.
    • To enter a building, you are responsible for coordinating with your Supervisor and submitting the WISD In-Person Visit Check-In.

Building Access Needed

  1. You must first receive notice from Tech staff that equipment is ready for pick up.
  2. Schedule your Staff Equipment Pick Up – Building Access Needed appointment.
  3. Submit your WISD Self-Screening Tool to be approved for your onsite visit.
  4. Please remember to follow WISD protocol when entering the TLC building. Wear a mask and gloves. Practice social distancing, even when wearing these items.

No Building Access Needed

  1. You must first receive notice from Tech staff that equipment is ready for pick up.
  2. Schedule your Staff Equip Pick Up - Drive up appointment

On the Day of Pick Up - Map Included

  1. Prepare a sheet of paper with your name and program/department.
  2. ARRIVE at the TLC Building, 1819 S. Wagner Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48103, WITHIN your 15-minute appointment window, driver’s side window facing the building.
  3. STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE
  4. Open your trunk (if you must open manually, please do so and then return to your vehicle)
  5. Hold up the sheet of paper to your window so a Tech Dept. staff person may collect the information.
  6. A Tech Dept. staff person will retrieve the equipment and load it into your trunk.
  7. Once the Tech staff person has walked away, you may exit your vehicle to close the trunk.
  8. You may exit the drive.

NOTE:

  - As a precaution, all staff members will be wearing masks and all devices sanitized to ensure that equipment is distributed safely.
