Need help with health insurance?

Healthcare plans protect people from the high cost of medical bills. Here in the US, many people struggle to find or pay for coverage. The nonprofit Washtenaw Health Project makes sure everyone in Washtenaw County has the health coverage and resources they need.

We can help you with Medicaid, Marketplace insurance, and our health plan for people who are not eligible for any insurance: the Washtenaw Health Plan.

Assistance is free and confidential. Our team speaks English, Spanish, French, and Arabic. We have access to interpreter services in 200+ other languages.

How can Therapy help me?

How Can Therapy Help Me?

As we recover from the pandemic, we can all use a bit of extra support! Here are just some of the things that a therapist can help you with.

Anxiety and panic, behavioral issues, confusion, family concerns, feeling like you've lost control, feeling overwhelmed, feeling that life has no meaning, feeling unsafe, grief & loss, life transitions, relationship issues, substance abuse, sleep difficulties, and trauma.

Therapy is available in person, over the phone, or on a computer/tablet.  Therapists are available in several languages. If you have insurance or not, please call, and we will help you find options!

Call (734) 544-3079 and leave a voicemail if no one picks up.  We will call you back by the next business day. Or email whp@washtenaw.org. We have staff who speak Arabic, English, French, and Spanish, and phone interpretation is available in most languages.
