Community & School Partnerships

Our team strives to work with children, youth, and families to help address barriers to participating in education services through partnerships with local schools and community partners. We are working to create anti-racist practices and disrupt systemic inequalities. Current projects include Education Project, General Education Clinical Mental Health Services, Success By Six/Great Start Collaborative, Trusted Parent Advisors, Children’s Savings Accounts, Washtenaw Futures College Access Network, School Safety Initiatives, Adult Education programming, School Attendance, Handle with Care, and Education Services in Washtenaw County Jail and Youth Detention Center.

Our team also provides support and technical assistance for school grant proposal development and post-award grant management. For this service, please contact Sarah Hierman or Jessica Carruba.
