Purchasing

CoPro+

Washtenaw Intermediate School District has partnered with the CoPro+ Program - to provide efficiencies and savings related to purchasing and contracting.

Value Assessment Flyer

The purpose of the CoPro+ Program is to obtain an overall lower cost for schools by combining volumes and increasing purchasing power while creating administrative efficiencies.  The CoPro+ Program competitively bids and awards contracts in alignment with processes and protocols meeting MDE/State of Michigan government procurement regulations.  All documents – including original bid specifications, bid tabulations, and, where applicable, evaluation and award criteria, can be made available to participating districts for local audit file purposes.

Through Washtenaw ISD’s partnership with CoPro+, school districts can receive assistance in all phases of procurement projects.  Program staff are available for advice and counsel, and can provide an assessment of your expenditures, along with a review of procedures and processes, leading to process improvement recommendations.  Customized services are also available.
