Zoom Scheduling App on Your Desktop or Laptop

Instructions:

  1. Download Zoom Software
    A download should automatically begin. You will be prompted to run a file – click on it to run and follow any prompts:
  2. To add the Zoom app as a desktop icon, click on your ‘Search’ option and type in ‘Zoom.’
  3.  
    Right click on the Zoom app and click on ‘Pin to Start.
  4. The Zoom icon will now be pinned to your taskbar at the bottom of your screen for easy access.
  5. Simply click on the icon to open the app and begin scheduling!
