Bridge Clinical Team

Our Bridge Clinical Team provides school based social work services to K-12 students in the WISD who qualify for Tier 3 supports which may include: individual therapy, group therapy, liaison support to long term outpatient providers, care coordination, and case management services with schools, families, community agencies, and other local partners.

  • Our individual therapy services offer one-on-one support tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping clients develop coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and reach personal goals in a safe and confidential environment.
  • Through group therapy, we create a space for shared goal achievement and connection, where participants can learn from one another and build resilience through guided discussions and therapeutic activities/intervention.
  • Our case management services focus on connecting clients with ongoing mental health services in the community.
  • Additionally, we offer consultation for school-based mental health services, partnering with educators and administrators to create supportive environments that address students’ emotional and behavioral needs.
