Horsemanship Camp: 

Level: Beginner/Intermediate (campers must be able to demonstrate good listening skills & have been on a horse before signing up for camp). 
Ages (about): 7 to 13 (Young Rider is 4 to 7)
Cost: $550/session (1 session) $500/session (2 or more sessions or multiple children in the same family).
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Young Rider is M-W)
Time: 8:30 to 2:30 (Young Rider is 9am to 1pm)
Openings: 12 per session (campers are split by level when riding)
Dates: 
  • Beginner Camp: June 26 - 29  ~   July 17 - 20  ~  August 14 - 17             
  • Young Rider Camp AUG. 7 - 9 (4 to 7 yo)

Daily Schedule:

8:30 to 8:45 - Check - in
8:45 - 9:00 - R & R - Rules (1st day) and Review (2nd & 3rd)
9:00 - 12:00 - Grooming, Riding Lesson & Horse Care (feeding, tack care, bathing, clipping, breeds/colors/markings, etc)
12 - 12:30 - Lunch
12:30 - 1:30 - Hands on project & games (art/craft, horse treat making, scavenger hunt)
1:30 - 1:50 - In-barn activity (Wed. is Ice Cream Sundae making)
1:50 - 2:00 - Clean-up & pick-up (campers need to be picked up by 2:15 or aftercare billed) Custom after-care maybe available by request.
 

How To Register & other details:

REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS: 
STEP 1: You can register for camps by filling out the form below. Fill in the registration completely and hit submit.
STEP 2: Once the forms come to our email, we will send you a confirmation email. Then we will send your camp invoice via Wave.
STEP 3: We will send you a confirmation email. IF you DON'T receive a confirmation email from us with in 1 week of registering, please contact us. You camper is not registered until we confirm registration, forms and payment.
Please make sure to contact us before registering if you have any questions OR if your camper has never been around horses before.
Please also note there is a $40 office fee for excessive changes or paperwork outside of the basic registration.
AGE refers to your rider at the time of camp (not the time of registration) and is merely a guideline. Please note that as registration starts, camp session info. above may change slightly to accommodate ages/ability where needed. If you have a questions about ages/levels please contact us.
COVID: Masks are optional. If a camper is coughing or sneezing a lot outside of allergies we may request they have a mask on. When around others try to not hang all over each other and acknowledge social distancing. Each camper must have a personal hand sanitizer to carry on them at all times. Hand washing will be monitored and gloves are a good idea. If campers are sick with anything please keep them home. 
AFTER-CARE: If you require aftercare from 2pm to 5pm we will gladly supervise your child for you. $60 per day, you will need to send them with an afternoon snack. Activities we may engage them in are helping in the barn/stable, coloring/drawing/painting, reading, horse movie, games. Any camper needing aftercare must register at least TWO WEEKS BEFORE NEEDING IT. Payment for aftercare MUST be made a the time of registration (an invoice will be sent).
CIT's Looking to help with camp should email Robyn with the camp session they would like to assist with.
Please note: If you would like to have your child and their friends/siblings in the same session they must all meet the requirements for that session. We will not hold spots without payments. Please have everyone sign up together and note the request. Camp opening availability is noted on camp pages.
Youth XS (4 - 6), S (6 - 8), M (10 - 12), L (14 - 16), XL (18 - 20), let us know if you need additional size info.
