Why am I getting this?
A court order says residents must decide by Friday January 9 whether to stay at Arbor One or move out by January 31st.
You have two options:
Option 1: Stay at Arbor One
Move to 720 Green Rd or 721 West Clark Arbor One building
Get $1,000 one-time payment
Get free help moving from Arbor One staff
First month rent free at same price as current rent
Option 2: Move out
Get $3,500 one-time payment
Responsible for finding a new place to live outside of Arbor One
